We Say...
Just one of three releases this year from Lee "Scratch" Perry, Scratch Came, Scratch Saw, Scratch Conquered oozes with more of the legendary dub pioneer's trademark studio tweakings and laid-back vibes. Scratch sounds a touch fatigued here, but it ends up providing the record with a sort of nice drowsy, professorial feel.
